To face someone's rudeness it is possible anywhere: in public transport, and in an office of the chief. But result almost always one – the spoilt mood.
How correctly to behave, to leave this situation with the least losses?
People happen are violent for various reasons, it is possible to allocate two types of rude fellows.
The boor casual. The modern life has to stresses. The simple way to dump a negative – to get nasty with somebody. Many people cannot constrain bad mood and give out sharp remarks earlier, than have time to think. Such person will shout at you if you push it around, but not begins to develop the conflict. The exception is possible in a situation "he met his match" - if you inflate quarrel.
The boor ideological. Is also such who receives from possibility to offend another pleasure. Their victims are people who hardly will manage to reject pressure: the thin student in points, but in any way two-metre
ambal. The chronic boor can push some times you that when you at last will rebuke, to bring down on you an abuse stream.
Remember some "gold" rules of behaviour:
- Do not answer with the insult the insult. Not only that so you will fall on the same level, as your offender, but also will inflate the conflict. And not the fact that you will be the winner in skirmish, after all behind shoulders at your opponent solid experience of squabbles.
- Not always works a way recommended by the senior relatives not to pay attention. Boors see in it only readiness silently swallow insults and double efforts. And to go with it is proud of the lifted head it turns out not always. For example, you can leave shop if the seller speaks with you not politely. And here to run away from a moving train hardly it will be possible.
For certain to you time and again such happened: the worthy answer comes to mind only after pair hours after the conflict.
Finish "dismantling" in imagination. Recollect an unpleasant situation, and then change it in a new fashion. Present, that you speak in eyes to the boor a biting phrase. And it becomes flustered and mutters apologies. You will see: to you at once it becomes easier.
