- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pod of yellow sweet pepper
- 8 salad leaves
- 8 slices of grain bread
- 200г ham slices
Preparation:
1. Cheese to rub on a small grater. Onions to clear and chop. Cucumbers to cut cubes. To mix cottage cheese, cheese, an onions, parsley, cucumbers, yoghurt and a horse-radish. To season with salt and pepper.
2. Tomatoes and pepper to wash up. Having removed seeds and partitions, pepper to cut thin strips, tomatoes – mugs. To prepare salad leaves: to touch, wash up, dry.
