For 4 portions:
- 400 g a spaghetti
- 3 tomatoes
- 50 g rukoly
- 1 bank of a tinned tuna
- 1 table spoon of an olive oil
- 1 zubchik garlic
- 1 red pod of pepper of Chile
- 2 table spoons of a tomato paste
- 50 ml of white wine
- 100 ml of a broth
- 2 table spoons kapersov
Preparation:
1. A spaghetti to boil, as it is specified on packing. Tomatoes to wash up and, having removed seeds to crush. Rukolu to prepare and cut thin strips. A tuna to merge and divide two plugs into small slices.
2. To warm up in a frying pan vegetable oil and to brown in it the garlic passed through a press. Pepper of Chile, having removed seeds to wash out and small to chop. To lay out in a frying pan together with a tomato paste and to fry. To add tomatoes, to pour in wine, a broth and on strong fire uvarit. To mix kapersy, a tuna and rukolu. Sauce to salt and pepper.
3. A spaghetti to cast away on a colander, to spread out on plates together with sauce and, at will, to decorate with greens leaflets.
